A man died and three others were injured in a drive-by shooting in Jacksonville on Tuesday a few blocks from Edward Waters College, police said.
Authorities found the body of a man who appeared to be in his late teens or early 20s lying in a ditch near Pullman Avenue and Ella Street, Sgt. Dan Janson said.
He said officers responded to the area about 5:45 p.m. after shots were reported.
