A drive-by shooting in Jacksonville put a teenager in a hospital with a wounded leg Tuesday afternoon.
Officers responded to the 3800 block of Stuart Street about 4:45 p.m. after reports of someone firing shots from a vehicle, Sgt. Ricky Barnes said.
He said two teenage males were standing on the corner at Stuart and West 29th streets when someone fired at least one shot from a southbound black vehicle.
One of the boys was hit in the leg and transported to UF Health Jacksonville, Brown said.
