A 45-year-old Clay County man with a history of sexual abuse with two minors faces life in prison after he was convicted Wednesday on multiple charges, according to the State Attorney’s Office.
Troy Mitchell Tuten was found guilty of three counts of sexual battery, attempted capital sexual battery, lewd or lascivious molestation, lewd or lascivious conduct and two counts of lewd or lascivious exhibition, according to the State Attorney’s Office.
