A federal judge sentenced a 45-year-old St. Johns County man to 17 years and six months in prison for attempting to meet a 14-year-old girl for sex in 2015 when he brought a whip and other disturbing items, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Jon Christopher Stoune also had several sex toys and condoms, a digital camera, wooden paddle, billy club, nylon restraints and other devices designed for sadomasochistic activity when he was arrested, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
