Shot in the head, a young victim still refused transportation to a hospital after at least one person started shooting during an argument on Jacksonville’s Westside Friday afternoon, police said.
Officers responded to the 6000 block of 105th Street about 3:30 p.m. and found the victim with a minor wound to the head, police said.
Police said the people involved in the altercation appeared to know each other and were in their late teens or early 20s.
