A postal worker found a 61-year-old man dead while delivering mail Tuesday afternoon on Jacksonville’s Northside, and investigators suspect foul play was involved.
It appears the man had just finished mowing his lawn when he was killed outside his home in the 12400 block of Biscayne Lake Drive, Sgt. Chuck Ford said. He did not say what led police to believe the death involved foul play.
