The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced the upcoming retirement of two longtime employees Friday as well as several personnel changes within the department.
Tara Wildes, director of corrections, will retire March 25 after 30 years with the Sheriff’s Office.
Mike Bruno will replace Wildes. He is currently serving as director of Investigations and Homeland Security.
Chief of Investigations Tom Hackney will replace Bruno and Assistant Chief in Community Affairs Chris Butler will replace Hackney.
