The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating an 18-year-old man who may have information about a September murder near Wolfson High School.
Investigators believe Rogelio David Ortiz Medina has information about the Labor Day murder of Minor Vijil Ramos, 24, who was found dead inside an apartment at 3770 Toledo Road, police said.
Detectives were checking the area when they spoke to someone who led them to something suspicious inside an apartment at the Kings Trail complex, police said.
Police have not said how Ramos was killed.
