A case against protesters who shut down traffic on Jacksonville’s Hart Bridge in December came to an end Wednesday when the only woman involved who was charged with a felony was sentenced to probation and community service, according to the State Attorney’s Office.
Siddie Friar, 29, of Deerfield Beach was sentenced to five years of probation and 500 hours of community service at the Police Athletic League for her involvement in the protest that shut down traffic during an afternoon commute, according to the State Attorney’s Office.
