Authorities have ruled no foul play is suspected in the death of a woman found in the cab of a pickup truck with a sheet or blanket wrapped around her Wednesday night in Jacksonville.
Officers responded to the 5800 block of Vernon Road just off Edgewood Avenue West about 6:20 p.m. after a neighbor reported a red truck had been parked in the area for several hours, Sgt. Michael Paul said.
