Witness statements and video evidence led police to arrest two men Friday in a July 22 shooting death at the Roosevelt Gardens apartment complex on North Lincoln Court near Eight Street and Interstate 95.
Officers responding to a shooting found 27-year-old Ameen A. Ahmad dead in the parking lot just before 3 a.m., Lt. Steve Gallaher said.
He said investigators learned Ahmad was visiting friends at the complex and stopped his car as he was leaving to talk to a group of men.
