The U.S. Marshals Service arrested a man in Georgia Tuesday on outstanding warrants in Pennsylvania, but the man is wanted for questioning in a Jacksonville double homicide and will be transported to Florida if charges are filed, authorities said.
Thomas Joseph Brown, 34, was taken into custody without incident in Thomas County, Ga. and authorities are trying to determine where to take him next, said Silvestre Del Rosario, spokesman for the Marshals Service.
