A 30-year-old Jacksonville man who injured a young child when he fired a dozen shots into a home in December 2012 was sentenced to 95 years in prison Thursday, according to the State Attorney’s Office.
Joseph Patrick Chambers received 20 years for each of four counts of second-degree attempted murder and 15 years for a charge of shooting deadly missiles, according to the State Attorney’s Office.
He was convicted on the charges in May and the sentences will run consecutively.
