The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office released a sketch Friday of a man they believe was involved in a sexual battery at a hotel this week.
The incident occurred Monday about 3:45 p.m. at the Extended Stay America on South Lenoir Avenue near Philips Highway, according to the Sheriff’s Office. The man was armed with a handgun.
He is described as black with a short afro, about 5-foot-7 and 150 to 180 pounds, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
