Brittany Shantel White and Brandi Shante White were like twins. The sisters were born more than two years apart but they looked alike, shared the same initials, lived together and did each other’s hair.
Wednesday was supposed to be Brittany’s turn to do Brandi’s hair but Brittany never came back to their Arlington apartment even though she promised she would be gone only for about 30 minutes.
