A jury took less than an hour Thursday to convict a 60-year-old Jacksonville man whose DNA matched evidence recovered from a victim after a sexual battery in 2002, according to the State Attorney’s Office and court records.
Richard Curtis Sanders Jr. was convicted of sexual battery and kidnapping and faces life in prison, according to the State Attorney’s Office.
