The family of Roosevelt Fluellen Jr. stayed quiet for about two months after he was found shot to death in a Jacksonville apartment in July.
They didn’t want to hinder the murder investigation.
But when the detective investigating the case told them the leads were drying up and they needed help finding the shooter, the family contacted the Justice Coalition of Jacksonville and organized a vigil hoping someone would come forward with information.
