A 37-year-old Elkton man who was free on bond after a June sexual-battery charge was arrested Thursday in Ohio after a warrant for his arrest was obtained on a separate sexual-battery allegation, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office.
Michael Owen Hutchison of the 1800 block of County Road 13 was released on $25,000 bond June 9 after he was arrested on the battery charge earlier in the day, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
