A 39-year-old Jacksonville man was arrested Wednesday after an investigation into a stabbing death during a March 9 card game.
Marlon Dwayne Williams of Phyllis Street was taken into custody Wednesday night and charged with murder, Chief of Investigations Mike Bruno said.
Patrick T. Pitter, 50, was stabbed to death in front of several witnesses after a verbal altercation during a card game at the Ever Ready Restaurant & Lounge at 8943 Lem Turner Road, Bruno said.
